Job Description:

Our client manufactures and distributes a collection of handcrafted, solid plank flooring.

Based out of the Lower Mainland, they are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Account Executive to handle existing accounts, as well as, develop new dealer partners throughout North America. Additionally, the Account Executive will manage all advertising and promotional projects and have an opportunity to directly impact the direction and growth of the company.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify/qualify current and potential customers
  • Initiate and maintain long-term relationships with customers at multiple     contact levels
  • Develop and retain a commercial customer base through a combination     of effective inside and outside selling techniques.
  • Post-Secondary education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three - Five years of related outside or inside sales experience with a     proven track record of commercial customer service experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the flooring or     building supply industry would be an asset
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and business writing     skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to work     independently
  • Ability to give presentations at various levels of corporate management
