Summary of Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will work directly with our professional and tenured recruiting team to provide managers.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for meeting with Client's to understand their staffing needs. Successful candidates will have a track record of establishing relationships and leveraging those relations to mutual success.

Key activities include frequent client meetings, frequent quality checks on existing business, responding urgently to multiple order requests and marketing talent proactively.

At times, you may also be called upon to recruit, present, coach and close candidates to fill contract and direct hire positions.

A successful applicant should have:

Bachelor degree or Diploma
Client (or customer) service experience.
Experience recruiting high-level professionals is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong problem solving abilities
Be a self starter
Have a strong competitive drive to be the best
Have a 'can do' attitude with energy and enthusiasm
1+ year's professional/internship experience in sales, recruiting, marketing or customer service environment
PC literate in Windows environment including, MS Word, and Internet
