Employ your direct marketing experience to manage affiliate marketing programs for one of BC’s fastest growing companies.

Our client, a leader in digital media, is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to begin ASAP.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will establish and manage affiliate programs for an exciting new communications product, playing both a strategic and tactical role in program success.

You offer:

• 3-5 years of B2C marketing experience

• Affiliate program management experience
• A degree or diploma in marketing or business
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Multitasking  and the ability to stay very organized in a fast-paced   environment
• Exemplary communication skills

In this role you will:

• Manage multiple affiliate programs

• Implement and manage all database marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to build to expand all programs
• Work closely with communications Manager to ensure messaging    consistency across all media
• Provide strategic input regarding all new direct marketing/database    campaigns
