Our client, a leading supplier of high-quality building supplies, is looking for a dynamic Production Management Trainee for its world-class organization.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be trained to take responsibility for the facility’s performance in the areas of quality, production, safety and employee relations.

• A post-secondary diploma or degree

• Some experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal

The successful candidate, after adequate training, will be required to supervise the manufacturing floor, ensuring that the production schedule is met. In exhibiting strong leadership skills, the individual will utilize their manufacturing capabilities to impart a sustained commitment to quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
